USPTN Kelantan dengan kerjasama Cawangan Pelapis MSN menganjurkan Karnival Pelapis Negeri Bil 01/2011.
USPTN Pahang tidak ketinggalan untuk menghantar Pasukan bagi membawa cabaran untuk 6 jenis sukan iaitu Memanah, Angkat Berat, Gimnastik, Gimrama, Tinju dan Sepak Takraw.
