Semasa lawatan di buat, semua atlet sedang menjalani latihan dibawah pengawasan jurulatih masing-masing. Seramai 25 orang atlet yang hadir dan 4 orang jurulatih.
Selepas tamat latihan tembakan atlet meneruskan latihan fizikal di sekitar Stadium Tertutup SUKPA.
Latihan berakhir pada jam 6.40 pm.
